Over 20 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, focused on data migration — from single legacy systems moving into Salesforce up through 10+ TB, multi-org enterprise moves for Fortune 10/100 companies, regulated financial-services firms, and mission-driven nonprofits. I've seen every data problem: botched migrations, org sprawl, vendor lock-in, compliance nightmares.
